Who I am
I am a molecular biologist and academic editor with long-standing experience in writing and publishing scientific manuscripts. For more than three decades, I have been working as a professor and principal investigator in various universities and research centers in Europe and Asia. Presently, I work and live in Udine, Italy.

How it works
Pricing
Every project is unique. The time it may take to edit depends on many factors such as your writing experience, the type of the manuscript, and on your goals. Therefore, it is not possible to provide you with a one-size-fits all price tag, putting at risk that your manuscript might be under-edited and may not reach the desired quality level. Instead, I will provide you with a quote and a suggestion for the type of editing based on your submitted manuscript and your needs. To give you an estimate: for a 7,000-word manuscript, de facto editing starts from 350 Euro; in depth editing will require approximately twice as much time and money. For in toto editing you should calculate a surcharge of circa 30% on in depth editing. Parallel writing requires substantially more time and a realistic estimate can only be made after discussing the tasks. Large projects with budget estimates over €500 require a 50% deposit.
